OXYGEN BEAUTY LLC provides permanent makeup services, including but not limited to:

  • Ombré Brows
  • Nano Stroke Shading
  • Lip Blushing
  • Eyeliner PMU
  • PMU Corrections

All services are subject to availability and may require a consultation prior to booking.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to book or receive our services.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking.
  • You may be required to sign a consent form prior to treatment.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments can be booked online or directly with us.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • The balance is due on or before the day of your service.
  • We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified at booking.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit and future booking restrictions.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you.
  • We are not responsible for any complications that arise from undisclosed medical information.

6. Results and Guarantee

  • Permanent makeup results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
  • We cannot guarantee exact results, shape, or longevity of pigment retention.
  • A touch-up session may be required to achieve desired results (additional fees may apply).

7. Aftercare Responsibilities

You will receive aftercare instructions following your treatment. Following these guidelines is critical to achieving the best results.
We are not responsible for undesired results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered, deposits, or products purchased.
